The Grip, Rip and Dip® experience is heading to the Southwest, starting in Colorado, with future shops set for New Mexico and Oklahoma

PopUp Bagels has built its following by placing the bagel itself at the center of the experience. Served fresh from the oven, hot and whole, each bagel is meant to be ripped apart and dipped into schmear. The expansion will be led by Don Meij of Lonestar Bagels, a longtime believer in the brand who brought PopUp Bagels to Texas with shops in Dallas, Houston, and McKinney. Building on that momentum, Meij will bring the brand’s high-energy, community-first approach to neighborhoods throughout the region, fueling everything from post-trail-run breakfasts to casual Sunday kitchen counter hangouts.
