Built on Signals, Cloudbeds’ unified data, the new RMS brings property, guest, channel and market data together to deliver stronger forecasts and smarter pricing recommendations.

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Cloudbeds, the hospitality management system built for ambitious hoteliers who demand more, today launched Cloudbeds RMS, a new revenue management system that helps hotels make smarter pricing decisions and act on them faster by combining real-time property performance, market intelligence, pricing recommendations and automated rate execution in one connected system.

Built on Signals, Cloudbeds’ unified data, Cloudbeds RMS draws on data already flowing across the hotel business rather than treating pricing as an isolated decision. Reservations, booking pace, occupancy, time to arrival, length of stay and channel behavior can be evaluated alongside competitor rates and market demand, giving forecasts and pricing recommendations broader context from the outset.

“Hoteliers shouldn’t need a large revenue team or a complex technology stack to make sophisticated revenue decisions,” said Jason Richards, Chief Business Officer of Cloudbeds. “Cloudbeds RMS brings the intelligence behind those decisions into the hotel’s everyday operation, helping teams understand what is changing, know what action to take and move faster, while staying in control of their strategy.”

Designed to make revenue management more intelligent, connected and automated, key benefits of Cloudbeds RMS include:

  • Deeper intelligence behind pricing decisions: Signals brings property performance, booking behavior, channel data, competitor rates and market demand together to strengthen forecasts and provide richer context behind each recommendation.
  • Automation with control: Autopilot manages routine rate changes within the strategy, pricing limits and exceptions defined by each property, while allowing hotel teams to intervene when needed.
  • A shorter path from insight to action: Because Cloudbeds RMS is native to the Cloudbeds platform, accepted and automated rate changes move directly through the Cloudbeds PMS and channel manager, reducing the steps between identifying a pricing opportunity and acting on it.
  • More ways to respond to demand: RMS helps hotels adjust pricing as demand changes, while forecast and occupancy insights can also inform targeted activity through Cloudbeds Guest Marketing during softer periods.
