ARLINGTON, Va., Sept. 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Lenders Cooperative, a leading provider of commercial lending technology and services, today announced the integration of Mastercard Open Finance solutions, Payment Risk Insights and Cash Flow Analytics, into its unified lending platform. The integration provides financial institutions with secure, borrower-permissioned access to real-time financial data, helping streamline underwriting workflows, support credit decisioning processes, and reduce manual document collection throughout the commercial lending process.

Mastercard Open Finance provides access to financial data from approximately 95% of U.S. deposit accounts, giving lenders broad coverage to help verify borrower-provided financial information quickly and securely. The integration enables lenders to leverage trusted financial data for initial underwriting while also supporting ongoing portfolio monitoring after loans are funded.

“We are excited to be part of enabling such a compelling use case for open finance,” said Christopher McClinton, President & Chief Revenue Officer, Lenders Cooperative. “By integrating Mastercard Open Finance solutions into both our origination and servicing workflows, we’re giving financial institutions a more efficient way to access borrower-permissioned financial information, support verification and credit decisioning workflows, and enhance the lending experience from application through servicing.”

The new solutions are readily activated within the unified lending platform for existing and new Lenders Cooperative clients. The solutions are built specifically for small business credit decisioning, both refreshable on an ongoing basis to support origination and continuous loan monitoring.

The integration is the latest enhancement to Lenders Cooperative’s unified lending platform, reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering modern technology that manages the entirety of the loan life cycle from application intake, to underwriting, to decisioning, funding and servicing.

Mastercard Open Finance solutions are powered by Finicity, a Mastercard company.
