ALEXANDRIA, Va. and CHEVY CHASE, Md., Aug. 19, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Bonaventure, an operator-led multifamily real estate investment firm with approximately $2.9 billion in assets under management (AUM), today announced that it has acquired an ownership interest in Crescent at Chevy Chase, a 111-home community at 3929 Landmark Court in Chevy Chase, Maryland, from Landmark Realty, Inc., the Chevy Chase-based firm that developed the property.
Bonaventure’s investment was made through Bonaventure Multifamily Income Trust (BMIT®), a non-traded real estate investment trust sponsored by Bonaventure. Bonaventure has assumed asset management of the community, and Willow Bridge Property Company has been engaged as the property manager. Landmark Realty, which designed, developed and has operated Crescent since its delivery, remains a partner in the ownership group. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Delivered in 2024, Crescent at Chevy Chase comprises 111 apartment homes, averaging 846 square feet across studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom floor plans. Residences feature in-unit washers and dryers, quartz and granite finishes and stainless-steel appliances, and community amenities include a rooftop deck overlooking the Columbia Country Club golf course and structured parking. The community was constructed to the National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Emerald specifications.
The property sits directly adjacent to the future Connecticut Avenue station on the Maryland Purple Line, which is currently under construction and expected to open in late 2027, and offers direct access to the Capital Crescent Trail. It is within walking distance of Chevy Chase Lake and Lake West Shopping Center and minutes from downtown Bethesda and Friendship Heights.
