The system evaluates creditworthiness, payment history, and market-level risk factors faster and more consistently than traditional underwriting. For owners managing large portfolios of five-plus commercial units or 16-plus residential units (Summit’s core client base), the speed and accuracy gains translate into lower vacancy rates and stronger net operating income.
