SUZHOU, China, Aug. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Solerus today announced plans to launch the HNW Growth Fund, a proposed private equity investment fund intended for high-net-worth investors and focused on growth investments in private markets.
The fund is currently in development, with Solerus targeting a launch toward the end of 2026. The fund will pursue a private equity strategy, with a proposed minimum investment of US$100,000.
Solerus said the decision to develop the fund reflects its assessment of a changing investment environment, including developments across financial markets, regulatory frameworks and the broader tax landscape.
“The HNW Growth Fund reflects our assessment of evolving market conditions and developments within growth-oriented private equity,” said Victor Shen, Chief Executive Officer of Solerus. “We are taking a measured approach to the fund’s development, with the final structure and terms being established before launch.”
The fund is intended to form part of Solerus’s broader investment offering for high net worth clients. Its private equity strategy will focus on investments in businesses with growth potential.
The fund remains in development and is not currently available for subscription. Its final structure, investment terms, domicile, eligibility requirements and launch arrangements have not yet been finalized and will be announced when appropriate.
