Pepper Lunch Introduces Kimchi Cheesy Corn Pasta, a New Limited-Time Offering
LOS ANGELES, Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Pepper Lunch, the Japanese-born experiential fast-casual concept with more than 580 locations across 16 countries, today announced the launch of Kimchi Cheesy Corn Pasta, a new limited-time menu offering available October 1 through December 12, 2026.
This new limited offering marks Pepper Lunch’s third LTO of the year and continues the brand’s strategy of introducing globally inspired flavors to its signature hot plate experience. The launch follows the success of Garlic Brisket Pepper Rice, Pepper Lunch’s strongest-performing LTO to date, which accounted for 11% of sales during its promotional period from July 5 through September 7, 2026.
Available with guests’ choice of chicken or beef, Kimchi Cheesy Corn Pasta combines spaghetti, savory kimchi, sweet corn, mushrooms and Parmesan cheese cream sauce with pepper margarine, sesame oil, black pepper, garlic powder and parsley flakes. Served on Pepper Lunch’s signature hot iron plate, the dish continues cooking as guests mix the ingredients themselves, allowing the flavors of kimchi, cheese and corn to blend together while delivering the brand’s signature sizzling experience.
