LV Collective’s newest development near Arizona State University

TEMPE, Ariz., Aug. 24, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — LV Collective, a national real estate owner and operator, in partnership with Kayne Anderson Real Estate, announced the opening of Rambler Tempe. The new purpose-built student housing community is located at 1020 E. Apache Blvd. near Arizona State University. The project marks the continued expansion of the company’s Tempe portfolio and advances its hospitality-driven student housing strategy.

Move-ins at Rambler Tempe began July 24. The 14-story, 552,380-square-foot community includes 289 units and 829 beds, with a mix of studio through four-bedroom floor plans designed to serve students at ASU’s Tempe campus.

“Rambler Tempe marks our second development in Arizona and reflects the measured way we are expanding in high-demand university markets,” said Jonathan Reyes, president of LV Collective. “The property brings elevated student living near ASU while helping meet demand for purpose-built student housing.”

Rambler Tempe’s academic, wellness and social spaces are integrated throughout the property, reflecting LV Collective’s experience-first approach. Community-driven programming and responsive on-site support are intentionally designed around how students study, recharge, socialize and care for their physical and mental well-being.

“Rambler Tempe reflects our conviction in well-located student housing that is thoughtfully designed around how students live, relax, and learn,” said Ken Carl, Senior Managing Director of Student Housing/Multifamily at Kayne Anderson Real Estate. “Together with LV Collective, we’ve created a differentiated community that combines a strong location near Arizona State University with amenities and programming that support wellness, community, and academic life. We believe that combination will make Rambler Tempe an attractive place for students to call home for years to come.”

Pacific Life provided debt financing for the project. Project partners include Shepley Bulfinch as the architect, Layton as the general contractor and Variant Collaborative for interior design.
