In this position, Schroll will lead the firm’s finance and accounting function in building the scalable foundation, financial discipline, and strategic insight needed to support the company’s next stage of growth.
This executive hire is the most recent the company has made implementing its business strategy, which includes expanding the depth and breadth of its Advisory, Data & AI, Application Development, Cloud, and Delivery services to better serve Fortune 1000 companies in banking, insurance, healthcare, and life sciences.
With more than 15 years of experience spanning finance, accounting and operations, Schroll has built a career helping consulting organizations improve performance, scale effectively, and translate business strategy into financial results. Prior to joining Hylaine, she served as Director of Operations for the Consulting line of business at RSM, where she helped connect strategy to financial outcomes by leading analytics, KPI development, and strategic reporting across a $1.5B consulting organization. Earlier, she held finance leadership positions at NTT DATA Services and Carlisle & Gallagher Consulting Group, including serving as CFO of NTT DATA’s global Consulting practice.
Schroll earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Elon University and is a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina. Originally from Frederick, Maryland, she has proudly called Charlotte home for nearly 2 decades, and lives there with her husband and their two daughters. Outside of work, Schroll enjoys supporting her daughters’ athletic pursuits, including coaching their youth basketball team, and spending time with her family in the mountains of Western North Carolina. She is also passionate about giving back to her community and volunteers with HeartMath Tutoring, helping elementary-age students build confidence and strengthen their mathematics skills.
