GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Greenhouse Treatment Center, a leading addiction treatment facility in Grand Prairie, Texas, has welcomed three new experienced clinical and medical leaders to the organization, strengthening its operational, clinical, and medical services. The Texas treatment center has brought on two new medical directors, Dr. James C. Montgomery, MD and Dr. Bih Bikelle, MD, and has appointed Greg Powers, LCSW-S, as Executive Director.

Dr. James C. Montgomery brings more than 40 years of medical experience to his role as Medical Director, including more than three decades of practice in psychiatry and addiction medicine. A board-certified psychiatrist and Diplomate of the American Board of Addiction Medicine, he has served patients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area since 1995 and held leadership positions across residential treatment and behavioral healthcare settings. Throughout his career, Dr. Montgomery has educated healthcare professionals on ethics, professional boundaries, physician wellness, and recovery, including co-authoring a book with Dr. R Dean White titled The Ethical Risks of Boundaries: When to Say Go and When to Say Whoa.

Dr. Bih Bikelle joins Greenhouse’s leadership team as Associate Medical Director. She brings more than 13 years of experience treating children, adolescents, and adults across a broad spectrum of psychiatric disorders. A board-certified psychiatrist who completed her residency at the University of Nevada School of Medicine, she has served as a medical director in community behavioral health settings and specializes in treating individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders through collaborative, patient-centered care. She is a member of the North Texas Psychiatric Society, the American Society of Addiction Medicine, and is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Greg Powers, Greenhouse’s new Executive Director, is well known in the local behavioral health community, where he has spent decades working to improve access to addiction treatment. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor, Powers has led treatment campuses, guided organizations through Joint Commission and CARF accreditation, expanded evidence-based and trauma-informed programming, and developed leadership teams focused on high-quality care. His work has centered on helping individuals and families move from crisis toward recovery while ensuring that patients are treated with dignity.

“People who come to us for help are often facing more than addiction alone. They may be dealing with mental health challenges, medical needs, family strain and years of trying to find a way forward,” said Powers. “That’s why having an experienced team that can look at the whole person matters. Dr. Montgomery and Dr. Bikelle bring tremendous depth in psychiatry and addiction medicine, and together we have an opportunity to build on Greenhouse’s strong legacy in the community. Greenhouse has helped thousands of people find recovery, and I’m honored to be part of a team committed to continuing that impact for many more individuals and families.”
