EliseAI Raises $350M

NEW YORK, Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — EliseAI, the AI company automating complex housing and healthcare systems, today announced it has raised $350 million at a $4 billion valuation. The financing was led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures, and Navitas Capital.

EliseAI will use the capital to automate more of its customers’ operations and to grow its engineering, deployment, and sales teams across its North American offices. It plans to establish San Francisco as a second engineering hub alongside its New York headquarters.

Housing and healthcare are the two largest expenses for American households and among the industries least served by technology. Both run on thin margins, heavy regulation, and staff who have to spend much of their day on administrative work rather than on the people they serve. EliseAI was founded on the idea that fixing how these industries operate is the way to make them more accessible and affordable for the people who depend on them.

In housing, EliseAI builds AI for every stage of renting a home. Its technology helps housing providers automate workflows across leasing, resident services, maintenance, and renewals. These operators initially adopted the platform to automate leasing and resident communications, but as its capabilities have expanded, customers have asked EliseAI to take on a broader range of operational processes that drive staff productivity, resident satisfaction, and property performance.

Apollo, the agentic AI teammate EliseAI launched earlier this month, is the latest step in that direction. Capable of performing any task in the EliseAI platform, Apollo works within the systems property teams already use and carries tasks through to completion, changing how everyone from leasing agents to executives do their jobs. The company plans to extend this approach across housing operations, taking on problems the industry has struggled with for decades.

“The industries where AI matters most are still not the ones getting the most attention,” said Minna Song, co-founder and CEO of EliseAI. “Housing has enormous problems to solve, and we’ve grown by going deeper with our customers until we’ve solved the root causes. Every year our customers trust us with more of their operations, and that kind of trust is only earned by a company built to last. Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners understand that, and they’re the partners we want for the long term.”

In June 2026, EliseAI announced that it had surpassed $200 million in annual recurring revenue, doubling revenue year over year for five consecutive years. The platform now powers one in six U.S. apartments, and more than 30 million Americans have interacted with EliseAI since its founding.

“EliseAI has spent years building inside the day-to-day complexity of housing,” said Sameer Dholakia, partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, who joined EliseAI’s board of directors as part of the financing. “The company combines exceptional AI research and engineering with a detailed understanding of how properties operate. That depth has produced measurable results for their customers, leading to deep customer love.”

In healthcare, administrative work keeps clinical staff from patients as much as it keeps property staff from residents, and EliseAI is running the same playbook it built in housing. A dedicated healthcare business within EliseAI serves specialty physician groups, automating the full patient journey from the first inbound call through referrals, scheduling, insurance verification, chart prep, and follow-up. Leading healthcare organizations are seeing better patient experiences, clinical staff with more time to focus on care, and no patients falling through the cracks.

EliseAI is hiring across all functions in New York, San Francisco, Boston, Chicago, Austin, and Toronto. Open positions are available at eliseai.com/careers.
