The acquisition aligns with Dalfen’s strategic focus on infill assets in high-demand, supply-constrained markets.

The property is fully leased to Avborne Accessory Group, Inc., an aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul provider that has operated at the facility for more than 20 years and made significant specialized improvements to support its operations.
