Stablecoin-powered payment infrastructure enables businesses to manage multi-currency payouts, bulk payments and cross-border fund distribution through a unified platform and API.

SINGAPORE, Aug. 24, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — WasabiCard, a global payment infrastructure platform for enterprises, fintechs and internet-native businesses, today announced the expansion of its Global Payout capabilities, enabling businesses to distribute funds across more than 30 fiat currencies through applicable payment corridors.

The expanded capabilities are designed to help businesses manage international payroll, contractor payments, supplier settlements, creator and affiliate commissions, marketplace disbursements and corporate treasury transfers through a unified payment infrastructure.

Expanded Global Payout Capabilities

WasabiCard’s Global Payout infrastructure connects stablecoin funding with fiat payment networks, allowing businesses to fund payment operations with stablecoins and, depending on the destination and beneficiary, convert funds into the required local currency for payment.

The platform currently supports settlement across more than 30 fiat currencies, with real-time or T+0 availability through applicable payment corridors. Availability, supported currencies, payment limits and settlement times vary depending on the destination market, business entity, local banking infrastructure and applicable compliance requirements.

The expanded Global Payout offering includes:

  • Multi-currency payouts: Businesses can distribute funds to eligible recipients in local currencies through supported bank accounts and other available receiving methods.
  • Intelligent payment routing: Payment routes can be selected based on currency, destination, cost and expected settlement time.
  • Transparent FX information: Before confirming a transaction, businesses can review the applicable exchange rate, fees, expected recipient amount and estimated settlement time.
  • Bulk payouts: Businesses can process multiple payments simultaneously for high-frequency and multi-market payment requirements.
  • API integration: Global Payout capabilities can be integrated into payroll, finance, platform and treasury management systems.
  • Payment tracking: Businesses can monitor transaction status, processing progress and fund movements through the platform.
  • Reconciliation support: Transaction data can be used for reconciliation, reporting and audit workflows.
  • Corporate treasury transfers: Through applicable payment corridors, businesses can make compliant transfers to same-name bank accounts for treasury management and fund-consolidation purposes.

Supporting Global Business Operations

The expanded capabilities are intended to reduce the operational complexity businesses face when managing payments across multiple countries, currencies and payment networks.

Rather than maintaining separate payment arrangements for different markets, businesses can use WasabiCard’s infrastructure to manage funding, currency conversion, payment execution, tracking and reconciliation through a more unified workflow.

For businesses making payments at scale, bulk processing and API connectivity provide additional options for integrating international payouts into existing financial and operational systems.

Stablecoin-Powered Payment Infrastructure

WasabiCard uses stablecoins as a funding and settlement layer while connecting businesses to traditional banking systems and local payment networks. The approach is designed to connect on-chain liquidity with fiat payment infrastructure rather than replace existing payment networks.

The Global Payout expansion forms part of WasabiCard’s broader payment infrastructure, which also includes global card issuing, multi-currency settlement, stablecoin funding and embedded payment capabilities.
