Padilla has been selected by the University of Virginia to lead digital marketing services for UVA Health talent recruitment.

Agency brings healthcare, higher education, creative and paid media expertise to integrated recruitment marketing program

MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Following a competitive review process, Padilla has been selected by the University of Virginia to lead digital marketing services for UVA Health talent recruitment.

Working with the University’s HR Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Marketing teams, Padilla will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns designed to strengthen the employer brand, engage qualified candidates and build talent pipelines. The agency will also provide audience research, creative development, and paid media strategy to deliver measurable hiring outcomes.
