Alex Leikikh

President, The Freeman Company Agency Brands

Dallas, TX, Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The Freeman Company (TFC), a collective of expert brands that deliver complex live experiences at scale, announced the appointment of Alex Leikikh as President, TFC Agency Brands, effective September 14, 2026. Leikikh reports directly to Janet Dell, CEO of The Freeman Company (TFC).

The newly created role is designed to bring alignment between TFC’s agency brands, making it easier for clients to navigate the full breadth of TFC’s agency solutions as their needs evolve. TFC’s agency brands — 3D Exhibits, Alford Media, BaAM Productions, Freeman AV Production, Sparks, and Studio Blue — will sit under Leikikh.

Leikikh joins TFC from Interpublic Group (IPG), most recently as Global Chairman and CEO of MullenLowe Group and Executive Vice President of IPG. In that role, he was responsible for a portfolio of distinct creative agencies, including MullenLowe, The Martin Agency, Carmichael Lynch, and EP+Co. Through his career, he has built a reputation for growing businesses while keeping each brand’s own identity intact.

“Clients don’t come to us asking for one brand anymore, they come with needs that span several of them, and that’s a shift in scale, not just service,” said Dell. “This role exists because our agency brands have grown to a point where coordinating them well matters as much as running each one well. Alex has operated at exactly that scale before, and he’s exactly the person to bring them together to ensure our brands work seamlessly together for our clients.”

Before IPG, Leikikh held creative leadership roles at Fallon and began his advertising career at Leo Burnett.

“The world grows more artificial by the day, and I want to spend my next chapter building something real,” said Leikikh. “Live experience doesn’t fake anything, and that’s only going to matter more to people, not less. I’ve believed in the power of creativity since I started in this business, and I wanted to do that work somewhere built to think in years, not quarters. Once I got to know Janet and this team, the decision made itself.”

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Studies from Carleton College and served as a military police officer in the U.S. Army National Guard before entering the advertising industry.
