Poland exhibition opens NATO member and allied procurement channels to Tiltan’s software portfolio

NEW YORK and NETANYA, Israel, Sept. 03, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — T3 Defense Inc. (Nasdaq: DFNS) (“T3 Defense” or the “Company”), a defense technology holding company, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Tiltan Software Engineering Ltd. (“Tiltan”), will exhibit at MSPO 2026, the 34th International Defense Industry Exhibition, taking place on September 8-11, 2026 at Targi Kielce in Kielce, Poland.
MSPO is the largest defense industry exhibition in Central and Eastern Europe and a primary meeting platform for defense ministries, military staff delegations, national procurement authorities and embassies.
Expanding Toward NATO Member and Allied Markets
Tiltan’s participation is part of a deliberate effort to broaden its commercial footprint from an Israel-centered customer base toward NATO member and allied defense markets. Poland is one of NATO’s largest defense spenders by share of GDP, and the exhibition brings together European procurement decision-makers alongside the Polish Ministry of National Defense, and delegations from allied nations.
T3 Defense believes the same simulation, synthetic data and geospatial capabilities that Tiltan has delivered to the Israeli defense establishment and Tier-1 defense contractors are directly transferable to NATO programs, where unmanned aerial systems (UAS), counter-unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS), electro-optical/infrared (EO / IR) sensing, and artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI / ML) development are absorbing a growing share of defense budgets. Software-based capabilities are typically less constrained by manufacturing capacity and physical logistics than hardware platforms, which the Company believes supports a more capital-efficient path to international expansion.
Tiltan is engaging at MSPO with defense primes, national research and development organizations, integrators, and end users to establish qualification pathways and local partnership structures in European markets. No orders, contracts or partnership agreements have been announced in connection with Tiltan’s participation in MSPO 2026.

Tiltan will present its portfolio of simulation, generative AI, and geospatial software products, spanning training and simulation, hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) engineering, AI/ML dataset generation, and geo-mapping: TOPS, Majestic.ai, T-VERSE, T-SAR, T-BAT, AGM.
