New model brings luxury real estate expertise in partnership with Unison Jane Hoffman Realty
VERNON, British Columbia, Sept. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Predator Ridge is taking the next step in the evolution of its real estate business with the launch of a new dedicated sales platform in partnership with Unison Jane Hoffman Realty, bringing together new home sales, resale expertise and luxury market connectivity at one of Canada’s leading four season resort communities.
Unison Jane Hoffman Realty, the Okanagan’s leading luxury real estate brokerage, is now the dedicated real estate sales team at Predator Ridge. The partnership marks the first time Predator Ridge has welcomed a real estate brokerage to establish an office on-site.
For Predator Ridge, the move represents an evolution in how real estate is sold at the community. Historically, buyers have worked with a mix of on-site and outside real estate representatives. The new platform creates a dedicated, on-site team with expertise in both Predator Ridge’s new development opportunities and its resale market. With resales valued at $31M+ per year, that local expertise is increasingly important as the community matures and the resale market becomes a significant part of the overall real estate ecosystem.
