Effective September 1, Mike Anderson has been named CEO of OpenMatter Network while continuing to serve as CFO. Renee Davis, who has led the company as CEO through the development and commercial launch of the OpenMatter Network, has been named Chief Business Officer and will now focus directly on commercialization, subscriber growth and aligning the company’s product offerings with evolving market requirements. Chris Biele has been promoted to Vice President of Operations and Partnerships, with responsibility for expanding OpenMatter’s enterprise and technology partnerships while scaling internal infrastructure and ensuring regulatory compliance across global markets.
The changes come as OpenMatter moves from its initial platform launch into a new phase focused on commercial adoption and global growth.
