  • “Transforming Labor Operations: Arcadia Cold’s Journey with the Blue Yonder Warehouse Labor Management for Enhanced Efficiency and Agility,” presented by Chris LaFaire of Arcadia Cold and Francisco Sahagun of NetLogistik on May 15: 1:20 PM – 1:40 PM CDT. In this session, participants will explore the advantages of implementing Blue Yonder’s Warehouse Labor Management system, including improvements in warehouse labor efficiency, the delivery of robust and timely data through dashboard reporting, and enhanced operational agility and flexibility. The presentation will also provide tangible examples of how investing in supply chain technology can be justified in terms of value, alongside offering insights into a forward-thinking technology strategy for manufacturers through the adoption of the BY stack.
