Dr. Roy is a quintuple board-certified specialist in internal medicine, critical care, pulmonary medicine, sleep medicine and obesity medicine. He earned his medical degree from UMDNJ Medical School and completed his internal medicine residency at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta. He went on to complete a fellowship in pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia. He recently earned his fifth board certification in obesity medicine.
Throughout his career, Dr. Roy has developed extensive expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of pulmonary and sleep disorders, including COPD, asthma, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease, lung nodules, pulmonary fibrosis, obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, hypersomnia and narcolepsy.
