Logitech’s Lift wireless ergonomic mouse is just for the first time

If your wrist or forearm aches every time you use your computer, the chances are good that you’d benefit from using a vertical mouse, like the Logitech Lift wireless mouse. This ergonomically-friendly device has been marked down to its cheapest-ever price today at Amazon, where it’s selling for $49.99 (originally $79.99) in black or white — rose pink is still $67.99, unfortunately. This model has previously sold for around $60, but not since March, according to pricing data pulled from CamelCamelCamel.

The Lift’s features are much like what you’d get from most other wireless mice available; it includes two main buttons, a clickable scroll wheel, a DPI-switching button to adjust pointer movement speed by default, plus there are two thumb buttons that can be programmed in the Logi Options Plus app (sadly, the app is the only way to customize its buttons). The difference here, as you might be able to tell from how it’s designed, is that using the Lift pronates your hand in a handshake-like angle to relieve tension.

The Lift is a more budget-friendly take on Logitech’s MX Vertical, the latter of which has its fans here at The Verge. Notably, it’s made for small-to-medium-sized hands, while the MX Vertical is for medium-to-large-handed users. The Lift is powered by a single AA battery, and includes a Bolt USB-A receiver tucked into its hidden compartment (as an alternative to connecting via 2.4GHz, it can pair to up to three devices via Bluetooth). Read our Lift impressions from 2022.
