SEATTLE, Aug. 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Levanta, the creator affiliate platform for modern e-commerce, today announced a $22 million Series B investment led by Volition Capital, marking the firm’s second major investment in the company after leading its $20 million Series A in 2024. With this investment, Levanta has now raised more than $43 million in total funding. The new capital will support continued investment in Levanta’s creator commerce technology and go-to-market organization while accelerating its expansion across the retail ecosystem, including bringing dozens of additional retail marketplaces onto the platform and advancing the company’s vision for Creator Commerce Media.

Volition Capital Doubles Down on Levanta
Since its Series A, the company has expanded from its roots in Amazon affiliate marketing into a broader creator commerce platform spanning Amazon, Walmart, Shopify and other retail marketplaces, with 2026 revenue growth of 80% year-over-year.

The platform has also broadened how brands discover, activate and measure creator partnerships. Levanta gives brands access to more than 90,000 vetted creators and millions more through AI-powered Social Discovery, while new capabilities like automated product sampling, flat-rate collaborations with affiliate-level measurement, and integrations with ChatGPT and Claude help brands move faster and make better decisions.

“We’re seeing a broader shift as brands and marketplaces increasingly look to creators and affiliates as measurable drivers of demand beyond their owned channels,” said Larry Cheng, founding partner at Volition Capital. “Levanta has built the infrastructure to connect that demand with commerce at scale, and we believe the opportunity ahead is substantially larger than when we first invested. We’re excited to continue partnering with Ian and the team as they deploy that infrastructure across the retail ecosystem to power Creator Commerce Media.”

The Next Evolution of Retail Media
Retail media has traditionally focused on monetizing audiences and transactions that already exist within a retailer’s owned properties. Creator Commerce Media extends that model by helping marketplaces create new demand beyond their own channels.

The emerging category connects sellers’ marketing budgets with creators, publishers and affiliates who reach consumers across the open internet and drive them directly to commerce destinations. For marketplaces, it creates a new growth channel beyond onsite advertising. For brands, it provides a scalable way to activate creators across the places they sell. And for creators and affiliates, it opens access to a broader pool of commerce marketing spend.

“Every marketplace has thousands of sellers that want more customers, and there are millions of creators and affiliates capable of driving those customers,” said Ian Brodie, CEO and co-founder of Levanta. “The missing piece is infrastructure that connects the two, handles the economics, and accurately measures what happens. That is what we’ve built.”

As Levanta expands across the retail ecosystem, its Creator Commerce Media infrastructure will give marketplaces new ways to connect sellers with creators and affiliates, creating more opportunities for brands to invest, creators to earn, and retailers to generate measurable demand.

Sharing Value Creation with the Team
Following the close of the Series B, Levanta provided cash liquidity to eligible employees, allowing members of the team to realize some of the financial value they have helped create while continuing to participate in the company’s future.

“We’re incredibly proud to provide meaningful cash liquidity to members of our team,” Brodie said. “This is a milestone moment for Levanta and it reflects how far the company has come and the value our team has created together. At the same time, it allows us to reward the people who have been instrumental in building the foundation of the business while ensuring they remain deeply aligned with where we’re going next as we continue building Levanta for the long term.”

Through its Creator Marketplace and AI-powered Social Discovery, Levanta gives brands access to more than 90,000 vetted creators and millions more across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, helping them build and measure creator partnerships across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify and other retail marketplaces.
