ATLANTA, Sept. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Kaleris, a global provider of supply chain execution solutions, has been recognized for the fifth consecutive year as one of the Top 150 Most Innovative Companies in Maritime by research analyst firm Thetius.

The annual report honors organizations driving meaningful advancements in the maritime industry. This year, Kaleris was recognized among the Top 35 Most Innovative Corporate Organizations for helping maritime stakeholders improve how cargo moves on and off vessels and through ports and terminals, from planning to execution. Key areas of innovation include:

  • Terminal Optimization: Kaleris’ RTG Optimization, Terminal Truck Optimization and Yard Intelligence Suite solutions help terminals make better use of existing assets and yard capacity through Advanced Optimization and operational intelligence. By giving operations teams earlier insight into changing yard conditions and orchestrating equipment moves across the terminal, the solutions empower terminals to stay ahead of congestion and maintain a more predictable and productive flow of cargo.
  • Cargo Data Exchange: Through industry research and collaboration, Kaleris has brought together shipping lines, vessels, ports and terminal operators to advance a shared approach to operational data exchange. This work focuses on improving port call coordination through a common operational picture that helps stakeholders make decisions using the same trusted information.

“Our research with Thetius highlighted the value of a shared operational picture,” Kirk Knauff, CEO and President at Kaleris. “When shipping lines, vessels, ports and terminals are working from a single source of truth, they can make better decisions and respond more quickly to changing conditions, keeping cargo moving more efficiently.”

The 2026 Top 150 Report will be released during SMM Hamburg, one of the maritime industry’s leading global tradeshows. An event hosted by Thetius and Lloyd’s Register will support the launch and highlight findings from this year’s report. Kaleris is exhibiting at SMM, showcasing new capabilities designed to deepen the alignment among carriers, vessels and terminals by enabling stakeholders to work from the same operational information during port calls.

“Each year, the Top 150 Report recognizes organizations making a meaningful contribution to the evolution of the maritime industry,” said Nick Chubb, founder of Thetius. “The companies featured in this year’s report are driving progress throughout the maritime sector through their commitment to innovation and their ability to deliver real-world impact.”

Kaleris equips the maritime industry to operate with greater confidence in an increasingly complex environment. Through continued investment in technology with customers, the company is advancing solutions that support the future of maritime logistics.
