Long-time IRES staff veteran to lead Northern Colorado MLS into its next chapter, bringing industry knowledge, continuity and fresh perspectives

Fort Collins, Sept. 09, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — IRES MLS, the multiple listing service for real estate professionals in Northern Colorado and parts of the Front Range, has announced that Julie Dahl has been appointed chief executive officer. A 23-year veteran of IRES, Dahl will assume the role in the coming weeks as current CEO Jeff Bosch transitions to a new role as CEO of Arizona Regional MLS.
Dahl joined IRES in 2003 as director of training and communications and has since held leadership roles including director of operations, vice president of industry relations and most recently chief operating officer. Her experience in communications, training, operations and industry relations has given her a deep understanding of IRES, its customers and the Northern Colorado real estate community.
The IRES MLS Board of Managers selected Dahl because of her extensive knowledge of the organization, strong relationships across the real estate and MLS industries and ability to bring both continuity and fresh thinking to the role. As CEO, she will focus on supporting IRES’ staff and customers, maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction and strengthening operations as the organization adapts to continued change across the real estate and MLS landscape.
Dahl also brings national MLS experience to the role. She has completed the Council of Multiple Listing Services’ CMLX MLS Professional and CMLX MLS Executive programs and served as a CMLS facilitator. She maintains strong relationships with Northern Colorado real estate associations and leaders of nearby MLSs.

Bosch will remain with IRES through a transition period before taking on his new role in Arizona. He also contributed to the broader MLS community through his service on the board of the Council of MLSs.
