Hi-Tech Radiators, a global manufacturer of transformer radiators and tanks, has appointed Todd Frank as Vice President – US Operations, effective July 2026. With more than 23 years of experience in the electrical transformer components industry, including over two decades in transformer radiator manufacturing in the United States, Frank will lead Hi-Tech’s U.S. manufacturing operations and support the company’s growth across the North American market.

In his new role, Frank will oversee U.S. plant and production operations, operational excellence, capacity development, automation, supply chain coordination and team development, while working closely with Hi-Tech’s India and global leadership teams. He will also support customer partnerships, business development and the development of the company’s U.S. manufacturing footprint.
