Richard Park’s expanded role reflects HdL’s continued growth, financial discipline, and commitment to helping local governments strengthen revenue operations.

BREA, Calif., Sept. 11, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — HdL Companies named Richard Park President and Chief Financial Officer, expanding his leadership role as the company continues to grow its municipal revenue management and compliance solutions for local governments.

Since joining HdL in 2019, Park has been one of the driving forces in the employee-owned company’s evolution into a multi-state, technology-enabled organization. His broader scope of responsibilities reflects HdL’s emphasis on disciplined growth, financial accountability, and long-term local government client service as the company scales.

“HdL is ‘Built to Last, Built to Grow’ and while our organization will continue to evolve, the principles that have guided us since 1983 remain unchanged,” said Andy Nickerson, Chief Executive Officer of HdL Companies. “Richard has been a key architect of HdL’s growth and scale, and his leadership will continue to strengthen our ability to serve local governments with clarity, stability, and excellence.”

In his expanded role, Park will continue overseeing finance and accounting, corporate development, strategic planning, and growth initiatives across the company. As President, he will focus on reinforcing fiscal discipline, responsible growth, and service excellence to local governments.

“Local governments rely on HdL for trusted revenue insight, compliance, and administration support,” said Richard Park, President and Chief Financial Officer of HdL Companies. “Our reputation has been built through consistent service, strong partnerships, and practical support for public agencies. HdL’s focus remains on building strong relationships and investing in the systems, teams, and services that help our clients plan responsibly and serve their communities.”

The appointment comes as HdL broadens its municipal revenue management and compliance solutions, including regionally available tax administration, data analytics, forecasting, compliance, economic development support, and software offerings for public agencies across the nation. As the company expands, HdL is aligning executive oversight around the financial, operational, and client-service standards that have shaped its reputation with public agencies.
