New tool, exclusive to eXp agents, lets them post and claim showing and open house coverage across the eXp network, with agreements and payment handled in one place

BELLINGHAM, Wash., Oct. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — eXp Realty®, the most agent-centric™ real estate brokerage on the planet and the core subsidiary of AGNT, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGNT), today announced ShowGo, a new platform, exclusively for eXp agents. ShowGo turns the informal, off-platform way agents currently find and manage coverage into a real system built into eXp. Instead of texting multiple agents and negotiating swaps, agents can now post a showing they need covered or pick up an opportunity when they have time. ShowGo brings the match and agreement together in one secure, convenient place. ShowGo allows our agents to work within the rules of the agency and concerns from real estate regulators about payments between agents as everything flows through the brokerage.

“Agents have always found ways to help each other. That’s the culture we’ve built,” said Leo Pareja, CEO of eXp Realty. “But ‘find a way’ usually meant a text thread, a favor, hoping someone had time and remembered to pay you back. We heard that from agents constantly, and it’s exactly the kind of problem eXp is built to solve. We’re a technology enabled company, so we built the system that should have existed already: one place to post, claim, agree and get paid. No guesswork, no chasing anyone down.”

Every showing carries the flexibility to include a fee, set by the agent who posts it, while open houses stay volunteer, a way for agents to build relationships and pick up new leads without a transaction attached. Agents choose which side of ShowGo works for them on any given day: to assist with a showing when the schedule allows, or lend a hand at an open house when it doesn’t. Either way, coverage that used to depend on who happened to answer a text now runs through a system built for it.

Nearly 1000 eXp agents are already active on ShowGo ahead of today’s announcement. The platform is available exclusively in the eXp HUB platform as a web and desktop application, with a mobile-friendly experience, for eXp agents across the U.S. and Canada.
