CTC Providing Functional and Technical Cyber Services for Facility-Related Control Systems (FRCS) Program

CTC Advises on FRCS, Ensuring Resilient and Secure Infrastructure

CTC operational technology specialists advise Marine Corps personnel on best practices and cybersecurity strategies for facility-related control systems, ensuring resilient and secure infrastructure.

Johnstown, PA, Aug. 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) Government Facilities (GF) has awarded Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) a $14.9 million contract to deliver Operational Technology (OT) functional and technical cyber services in support of the MCICOM Facility-Related Control Systems (FRCS) Cyber Services Program. This competitively bid contract continues CTC’s longstanding partnership with MCICOM GF, building on more than seven years of successful programmatic support.

Under this multi-year contract, CTC and teammate RMC Global are providing comprehensive OT cybersecurity services to help secure and modernize FRCS across Marine Corps installations.

CTC’s team is delivering strategic and technical guidance, implementing advanced cybersecurity solutions, and supporting compliance, policy development, architecture, and customized cyber assessments. These efforts are critical to sustaining operational readiness, enhancing infrastructure resilience, and ensuring uninterrupted mission support for the Marine Corps.

“This contract award demonstrates MCICOM GF’s continued trust in CTC’s ability to deliver the planning and implementation of cybersecure solutions for the Marine Corps mission-critical infrastructure,” said Josh Ingraham, Director, CTC OT Cyber Solutions. “Our team is committed to advancing the operational monitoring and security posture of the Marine Corps FRCS at each Marine Corps Installation.”

CTC’s expertise in OT and critical infrastructure cybersecurity is recognized across government and industry. As a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 CMMC Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO) Certified provider, CTC stands out in its ability to support compliance and risk management for both government and non-government entities. This contract enables CTC to expand its proven support model to other agencies and organizations seeking to secure their facility-related control systems.

“CTC is proud to continue our partnership with MCICOM GF and to help safeguard mission-critical infrastructure,” said Chris Hamilton, CTC President and CEO. “This award reflects our commitment to providing transformative solutions that enhance national security and operational resilience.”
