NASHVILLE, TN, USA, Aug. 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Cindie, an artificial intelligence platform built specifically for the mortgage industry, announced its launch with technology designed to help mortgage companies manage borrower communications and repetitive operational tasks.

Founded by mortgage industry specialist Ben Anderson, Cindie is designed to work alongside mortgage professionals throughout the lending process. The platform can engage leads, communicate with borrowers, assist with applications, collect documents, support operational workflows, and maintain client relationships following a loan closing.

The company was developed in response to the volume of administrative and communication tasks involved in mortgage lending. Cindie is intended to automate routine activities while keeping licensed mortgage professionals responsible for lending decisions.

“Mortgage companies are managing increasing volumes of communication and administrative work,” said Anderson, Founder and CEO of Cindie. “Cindie was developed to help teams manage those activities while allowing mortgage professionals to remain focused on borrowers and lending decisions.”

Mortgage-Specific AI

Cindie was developed by professionals with experience in mortgage lending, operations and borrower engagement. The platform is designed around workflows specific to the mortgage process rather than general business automation.

For lead management, Cindie can respond to new and dormant leads, answer routine mortgage questions, provide follow-up outside traditional business hours and assist with appointment scheduling.

During the application process, the platform can collect borrower information and request supporting documentation. Cindie can also assist with document follow-up, milestone communications and other routine operational activities during the loan process.

Following a closing, Cindie can continue communicating with homeowners regarding potential refinance opportunities, home equity and future home purchases.

The platform also provides management reporting intended to give mortgage companies visibility into pipeline activity, customer engagement and team performance.

Current Production Use

Cindie is currently being used by mortgage companies in production.

According to company figures, 11 mortgage companies are using the platform, supporting 194 loan officers and lending professionals. Cindie has assisted more than 12,354 borrowers through its platform.

The company is privately held and founder-led.

Supporting Mortgage Professionals

Cindie is designed to address routine work that can require significant time from loan officers, operations teams and other lending professionals.

By automating repetitive communications and workflow activities, the platform is intended to help mortgage companies respond to borrowers more consistently and manage administrative workloads while maintaining human oversight of lending decisions.

Cindie is available to mortgage companies interested in evaluating AI technology for borrower engagement, workflow automation and mortgage operations.
