CaoCao is the first mobility service provider to integrate with the platform, connecting its mobility services with the on-device AI ecosystem to provide users with AI-powered ride-hailing services.
A promotional video shows how Doubao Mobile Assistant integrates with CaoCao. When users need a ride, they can issue a ride request without switching to a separate app. By pressing the AI button on the side of the phone or activating Doubao Mobile Assistant by voice, users can have the assistant identify location information displayed on the screen, after which the system generates suitable mobility options based on their travel intent. Through Doubao Mobile Assistant, mobility services are now naturally embedded in conversations across everyday scenarios.
With CaoCao’s service capabilities integrated into the platform, passengers can select routes and vehicle types directly within the chat interface. The system can also remember and apply users’ ride preferences, making the experience more personalized.
As AI smartphones and other smart devices become increasingly widespread, the way people interact with technology is changing.
