Seven additional clinic locations grow Beacon’s physician-led network across North Texas, enhancing innovation through partnership

PLANO, Texas, Sept. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Beacon Behavioral Partners (BBP), a growing national network of independent psychiatric practices, today announced its new partnerships with Prime Psychiatry and Invicta Healthcare, further strengthening its presence across the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) region and reinforcing its long-term strategy to build a connected network of high-quality behavioral healthcare providers throughout Texas.

The partnerships grow Beacon’s outpatient footprint in North Texas, adding Prime Psychiatry’s five Texas locations—including five in DFW and one in Austin—and Invicta Healthcare’s two Fort Worth-area locations. Together, the partnerships more than double Beacon’s presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The expanded market includes 11 partnered clinical locations, including locations from The Holiner Psychiatric Group, The Grant Group, Prestige Clinic and The Maples, broadening access to services including Spravato®, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), medication management and psychotherapy.

“Dallas-Fort Worth is an area of tremendous opportunity, and we’re dedicated to working together to increase our market density and elevate the standard of care,” said Rob Jardeleza, CEO of Beacon Behavioral Partners. “By bringing together leaders with complementary expertise, we’re creating stronger collaboration among physicians while making it easier for patients across North Texas to access the latest in behavioral health technology.”

Led by Dr. Efosa Airuehia (“Dr. Air”), Prime Psychiatry provides outpatient psychiatric care and is the leading Spravato® provider in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The practice’s expertise complements Beacon Behavioral Partners’ national leadership in Spravato treatment, creating new opportunities for clinical collaboration and knowledge sharing across the network. Beyond interventional psychiatry, Prime Psychiatry offers an integrative approach to care through services including lifestyle medicine, hormone optimization and genetic testing, reinforcing its commitment to whole-person mental health.

“As our practice has grown, we’ve been intentional about finding a partner that shares our commitment to innovation, clinical excellence and physician-led care,” said Dr. Air. “Beacon’s expertise allows us to strengthen our operational foundation while integrating with an exceptional network of behavioral health leaders to expand access and elevate care for the patients we serve.”

Invicta Healthcare, led by Dr. Manu Mathews, provides medication management, psychotherapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and Spravato treatment from its Fort Worth locations.

“We’ve known the Beacon team for quite some time now, and we are happy to finally solidify this partnership to further enhance our practice,” said Dr. Mathews. “North Texas has some of the most incredible minds in the industry, and we’re proud to join this cohort of physician leaders working together to improve access, strengthen clinical connection and ensure more patients receive proper care.”

“As physicians, we know that connection leads to better care,” said Dr. Joel Holiner, Founder and Medical Director of Holiner Psychiatric Group and Chairman of Beacon Behavioral Partners’ Partner Advisory Board. “We’re excited to welcome Dr. Air, Dr. Mathews and their teams to the Beacon network. Together, we’re strengthening an already exceptional community of behavioral health providers and expanding access to high-quality care for patients across North Texas.”
