Actor Alec Baldwin has filed a civil lawsuit for malicious prosecution and civil rights violations in the fatal shooting of a cinematographer on the set of the Western movie Rust. A Slave Lake man is facing more than two dozen charges in connection with a crash that killed two people and injured several others in August. Michael Maurice Koochin was arrested and charged on Wednesday.
