Launched September 17, the E15 15-Needle Embroidery Machine brings multi-needle embroidery to creators and growing custom businesses.

SACRAMENTO, Calif., Sept. 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — As more creators turn custom work into small businesses, the line between DIY and small-scale commercial production is becoming less distinct. Embroidery is part of this shift, but new challenges emerge as creators move from occasional custom projects to repeat production. These challenges go beyond stitching speed, with small businesses needing to manage color changes, reduce material waste, and work across different products while keeping production moving.

Against this backdrop, HTVRONT officially launched the E15 15-Needle Embroidery Machine on September 17, marking the company’s entry into commercial embroidery. Building on its experience in heat press and crafting technology, HTVRONT is expanding its portfolio to include multi-needle embroidery, supporting creators as they move from individual projects toward more consistent commercial production.

Reducing Manual Work in Multicolor Embroidery

For small embroidery businesses, rising order volume can turn frequent thread changes into a production bottleneck. The E15 embroidery machine combines a 15-needle setup with automatic color changing, reducing manual thread changes and helping keep production moving across complex or repeat orders. This can be particularly useful for businesses handling multicolor logos, detailed designs, or larger batches of the same design.

Expanding Across Custom Products

Growth in custom embroidery is not only about producing more; it also means being able to serve a broader mix of products and customer needs. HTVRONT E15 supports both flat and cap embroidery, covering applications across apparel, hats, towels, embroidered patches, and other personalized products. For growing businesses, that flexibility can help them respond to a wider mix of custom orders over time.

Simplifying Positioning and Preparation

Commercial embroidery brings greater demands for design accuracy and workflow efficiency, as misalignment can lead to rework, material waste, and added production time. HTVRONT E15 features Smart Angle Alignment, designed to simplify positioning and help reduce off-center results, while integrated IdeaStudio software and a complete set of essential accessories help streamline design preparation and machine operation.

“Today’s creators are not following a single path from inspiration to business,” said Tim, Product Director at HTVRONT. “Many start with one-off projects and gradually take on repeat orders, open online shops, or build home-based businesses. The challenge is not simply producing more—it is adding capacity without adding unnecessary complexity.”

The launch of the 15-needle embroidery machine also marks a broader expansion of HTVRONT’s creative technology portfolio, extending beyond DIY-focused tools to support creators moving toward small-business and professional production.
