NOIDA, India, Sept. 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Ennature Biopharma is expanding the clinical evidence for its Aspargize and Gingeren botanical ingredients, addressing two distinct areas of women’s health: menopause and menstrual health. The botanical formulations pair Shatavari for menopausal support with sustained-release ginger for menstrual comfort.
The findings come amid growing interest in evidence-based women’s health solutions and ahead of World Menopause Month and SupplySide Global in October.
Aspargize is a standardized Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) root extract developed for menopausal support. A recently published multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in Natural Resources for Human Health evaluated 70 peri- and postmenopausal women who received either 400 mg of Aspargize (Shatavari root extract) or a placebo daily for 56 days.
Researchers reported significant improvements in menopausal symptoms, and quality of life, along with the reductions in the frequency and severity of hot flashes, with measurable changes in several areas beginning within two weeks. Additional outcomes included improvements in the mood, sleep quality and stress reduction. The study also evaluated hormonal markers, cortisol, safety, and tolerability.

Clinical research in women with primary dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain) found reductions in pain intensity and duration, along with improvements in daily functioning.
