Fatboy Edison the Petit and Edison the Mini

Fatboy Canada introduces new lower regular prices on Edison lighting, including Edison the Petit and Edison the Mini set of three.

MONTREAL, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — At a time when Canadians have grown accustomed to seeing prices go up, Fatboy Canada has some refreshingly different news: prices on some of its most popular lights are going down.

Effective immediately, Fatboy Canada has introduced new lower regular prices on select products from its Edison and Bolleke lighting collections, with reductions of up to 25%.

These are not sale prices or a limited-time promotion. They are the new regular prices.

The Edison the Petit, one of Fatboy’s most recognizable portable table lamps, is now $119, down from $159. The Edison the Mini, sold as a set of three, is now $199, previously $229.

The Bolleke portable lamp is now $159, down from $179, while Bolleke the Mini, available as a set of three, is now $199, previously $249.

The new pricing follows improvements to Fatboy Canada’s inventory and replenishment strategy, allowing the brand to reduce costs and pass those efficiencies directly on to Canadian customers.

“We’re used to hearing about prices going up, so we’re especially happy to be able to share the opposite kind of news,” says Romaric Durand, managing director in Canada. “By improving how we stock and replenish these collections in Canada, we’ve been able to lower our regular prices while offering exactly the same Fatboy products, design and quality our customers know.”

Iconic Design, Now at a Better Price

Fatboy’s lighting collection has become known for combining playful design with portable, practical lighting for everyday spaces.

Edison the Petit can move easily from a bedside table to a dining table, patio or balcony. Its new regular price of $119, down from $159, represents a reduction of approximately 25%.

For those looking to create multiple points of light, Edison the Mini, sold as a set of three, is now $199, down from $229.

The spherical Bolleke portable lamp, designed to hang wherever extra light is wanted, now has a regular price of $159, previously $179. Bolleke the Mini, available as a set of three, has been reduced from $249 to $199.

The price changes make it easier to add Fatboy lighting throughout the home, whether for a bedside table, living space, dining area or evenings spent outside.

Not a Sale. The New Regular Price.

Unlike a seasonal promotion or temporary discount, the reductions are part of Fatboy Canada’s regular pricing strategy.

There is no promotional code and no deadline. The same Fatboy products are simply now available at lower everyday prices. The new prices are effective immediately in Canada.

Good Light. Now at a Better Price.

The Edison and Bolleke collections reflect Fatboy’s approach to lighting: functional objects that bring personality, flexibility and atmosphere to everyday spaces.

With the new pricing, some of Fatboy’s most recognizable lighting designs are now more accessible to Canadian consumers. Because sometimes, prices really can go down.
