Marianne Kozak

Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing

AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Visio Lending, a national lender specializing in debt service coverage ratio (DSCR) loans for residential real estate investors, today announced that Marianne Kozak has joined the company as senior vice president of sales and marketing. The newly created role brings sales and marketing under a single leader, strengthening Visio’s commitment to its broker partners and positioning the company for continued growth.

Kozak brings more than 30 years of mortgage industry experience building high-performing teams, developing strategic partnerships and expanding business opportunities. Her appointment reflects Visio’s investment in experienced leadership to deepen broker and direct investor relationships, strengthen its sales organization and expand its reach.

“Our broker relationships are central to Visio’s growth, and strengthening those partnerships starts with investing in our people,” said Jenny Coupland, CEO of Visio Lending. “In a challenging interest rate environment, we believe it is especially important to build for the future. Marianne brings the mortgage expertise, deep industry relationships, and leadership to develop our sales team and unite sales and marketing around a clear strategy. She will help us better support our partners today while positioning Visio to capture new opportunities as the market evolves.”

In her new role, Kozak will focus on recruiting and developing sales talent, building relationships with new and existing partners, and leading the execution of a cohesive sales and marketing strategy. Her mandate includes supporting growth through both Visio’s broker channel and its direct relationships with real estate investors.

Kozak’s experience spans traditional and specialty mortgage lending, with a career centered on business development, team leadership and relationship-driven growth. She previously held senior sales leadership positions at leading national lenders.

“I see an incredible opportunity at Visio to leverage my experience and industry relationships to expand our reach, strengthen our partnerships and create new avenues for revenue growth,” said Kozak. “I’m excited to help build on Visio’s momentum, empower our people and contribute to the next chapter of the company’s success.”
