Ceban to lead enterprise growth centered on helping federal health agencies balance the competing pressures of cost, quality and access to care

Diana Ceban Promoted to Chief Growth Officer

Tria Federal today announced the promotion of Diana Ceban to Chief Growth Officer. In her new role, she will direct Tria’s enterprise growth strategy, business development, client and partner relationships, and market expansion across the company.

ARLINGTON, Va., Sept. 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Tria Federal today announced the promotion of Diana Ceban to Chief Growth Officer. In her new role, she will direct Tria’s enterprise growth strategy, business development, client and partner relationships, and market expansion across the company.

Ceban’s promotion reflects the clarity that Tria’s focus on the healthcare trilemma—the competing pressures of cost, quality, and access to care—has brought to the company’s growth strategy. As Chief Growth Officer, Ceban will align Tria’s federal health pipeline and pursuits to focus on helping agencies navigate those three competing pressures and improve mission outcomes.

“Over the last two decades, Tria has grown into a trusted partner for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Department of Veterans Affairs and the Defense Health Agency. Diana is the right leader to help us build upon that track record of mission impact,” said Tim Borchert, CEO of Tria Federal. “The trilemma has sharpened our focus as a company, and Diana will make sure we can move the needle on cost, quality, or access for the agencies we serve. Her leadership will be instrumental as we pursue our vision to make federal health systems work at national scale.”

Ceban joined Tria in 2024 as Executive Vice President, Military and Veteran Health, and was promoted in 2025 to Executive Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and Market Expansion, where she deepened Tria’s relationships with clients and partners while positioning the company for strategic pursuits and expansion into new markets.

“Growth in federal health isn’t about chasing the next contract; it’s about understanding the whole operating system deeply enough to know where meaningful gains are possible in order to further the missions we support,” Ceban said. “At the scale our federal health customers operate, even a one percent improvement in an aspect of the trilemma, while holding steady in the other areas, can generate real outcomes that compound over time. My focus as Chief Growth Officer is making sure we foster growth where that kind of impact is possible.”

Ceban will also partner with Tria’s Public Safety business to win contracts that deploy Tria’s technical capabilities and healthcare-adjacent expertise in support of select public safety and national security missions within agencies including the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of War, where operational reliability, secure systems, and accountable data are equally critical.

Ceban has a background in health markets and government contracting and has led growth initiatives across organizations of all sizes. Before joining Tria, she was Vice President and Health Market Leader at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), overseeing the Health division supporting the VA, the Military Health System, and the Department of Health and Human Services. She is a recipient of multiple Engage Fed Health 150 Awards, GovTech Connects Accelerate 125 and Ignite Awards, and has been inducted into the Fed Health IT Hall of Fame.
