As a former Fortune 10 lead counsel, Marcy Hahn has more than 20 years of experience as a corporate attorney, negotiator, and mediator. Marcy also serves as fractional General Counsel to startups and midsize businesses, partnering with leadership teams and boards to address legal issues before they become business obstacles.
