Total revenue reached RMB 1,104.8 million, a 16.9% increase year-over-year (YoY). Cloud-based HCM solutions revenue reached RMB 864.5 million, up 19.8% YoY. Profitability also improved significantly, with an adjusted net profit margin of 5.0%, an improvement of 8.1 percentage points YoY, marking a turnaround to positive adjusted net profit. Meanwhile, cash flow showed robust improvement, with net operating cash flow surging 102.0% YoY to RMB 155.4 million. Beisen’s core products sustained strong growth momentum, with core HCM integrated ARR increasing by 23% YoY, and net revenue retention rate remaining at a healthy level of 114%; learning cloud ARR increased by 19% YoY, further amplifying the comprehensive advantage of the Beisen learning brand.
