(ASX:3DA) (“Amaero” or the “Company”), a leading U.S. domestic producer of high-value refractory alloy and titanium powders for additive and advanced manufacturing components utilized by the defense, space, aviation and medical industries announces that the stockholders of the Company passed all items in the Notice of Meeting, except for Item 8 which was withdrawn on 21 August 2026, at the 2026 Special Meeting of Stockholders held today.
Following further review, the Company withdrew Item 8 regarding the approval of the grant of restricted stock units and performance stock units to Mr. Hank Holland.
All items (except item 8) were carried by way of a poll. Details of the resolutions and the proxies received in respect of each resolution are set out in the attached proxy summary.
