NEW YORK, May 07, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — BHIVE Workspace, India’s largest campus coworking company, today announced the appointment of Milind Soman – actor, supermodel, Ironman finisher, and one of India’s most admired fitness icons, as its Brand Ambassador. With this, BHIVE becomes the first campus-format coworking company in the world to appoint a brand ambassador, redefining workspaces through fitness, community, and active lifestyle.

Unlike conventional coworking spaces, BHIVE’s campus model integrates large-format workspaces with sports infrastructure, recreational facilities, and community ecosystems, all under one roof. It is this distinctly campus-led philosophy integrated with Work-Life Harmony that makes Milind Soman not just a fitting choice, but the only choice. A man who has run barefoot across cities, completed his first Ironman Triathlon at 50 and second one at 60, and spent decades proving that discipline and endurance are a way of life, Milind embodies, in every sense, what a BHIVE campus is built around.

The partnership goes well beyond a conventional celebrity association. Rather, the association reflects a broader vision to build workspaces that inspire not just productivity, but a more balanced, performance-driven, and active lifestyle. Milind Soman’s philosophy of fitness and endurance aligns seamlessly with BHIVE’s vision of fostering a high-performance, fitness-driven environment.

Commenting on the association, Shesh Rao Paplikar, Founder & CEO, BHIVE Workspace, said, “Running BHIVE is not just a business for me, it’s an opportunity to make a real impact in people’s lives. We have always believed a workspace should support how people live, move, and show up every day. When we sat down to think about who could truly represent that vision, there was only one name. Milind Soman is one of the people who put Ironman on the map in India, long before endurance sports went mainstream. That kind of pioneering spirit is exactly what BHIVE stands for. I completed Ironman 70.3 Goa last year and I am going back this year, with a much larger BHIVE community alongside me. With Milind now part of the BHIVE family, that movement is only going to get bigger.”

BHIVE’s campuses are already home to running and endurance clubs, pickleball courts, cricket and football turfs, and large-scale community tournaments including the BHIVE Premier League (BPL). The company has set an ambitious and public target to motivate and enable over 50 BHIVE members to participate for Ironman 70.3 Goa in 2026, a goal that was conquered by Milind.

The appointment also carries a uniquely personal dimension. BHIVE’s Founder and CEO, Shesh Rao Paplikar, is himself an Ironman 70.3 Goa finisher, making this one of the rare instances in Indian brand history where both the founder and the brand ambassador share the same extraordinary athletic credential.

Sharing his thoughts on the association, Milind Soman said, “My first interaction with Shesh and the BHIVE team left a lasting impression. Their commitment to fitness and health are deeply aligned with my own values that extend into every aspect of life. What drew me to BHIVE is that they are not just talking about fitness, they are building fitness, discipline, and consistency into the very infrastructure of work. Running clubs, endurance targets, sports facilities inside office campuses, this is a fundamentally different idea of what a workplace should be. I’m proud to be associated with a brand that has the courage to think differently.”

As global workplace trends shift decisively toward hybrid work, wellness integration, and experience-led environments, particularly among Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and high-growth enterprises, BHIVE’s campus model is designed to meet that demand. The Milind Soman partnership signals BHIVE’s evolution from India’s largest campus coworking provider into a active lifestyle and fitness-first platform that competes not just on square footage, but on how it makes people show up, feel, and perform.
