Three occupants of the SUV were found with life-threatening injuries and pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver has been identified as a 39-year-old from Cambridge, and two passengers have been identified, aged 13 and 17, from Tillsonburg.

Two other occupants were taken to hospital by Ornge air ambulance and land ambulance with serious, life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the transport truck was uninjured.

Authorities are continuing to investigate the collision and are asking residents, businesses and drivers in the area to check any security or dash camera footage that may have captured the crash or the vehicles involved.
