HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam, Aug. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The 20th International Travel Expo Ho Chi Minh City (ITE HCMC 2026) will take place from August 27 to 29, 2026 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City, under the theme “Vibrant Connections – Global Destinations.” The event is held under the direction of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, co-organized by the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism and the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, with the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Promotion Center, C.I.S Vietnam Advertising and Exhibition Joint Stock Company, and other relevant agencies and units directly overseeing implementation.
20 Years of ITE HCMC – Vibrant Connections – Global Destinations
Marking the milestone of 20 years since its founding, ITE HCMC 2026 celebrates with the largest edition to date, while affirming its role as Vietnam’s leading platform for trade promotion and international tourism cooperation – accompanying the country’s integration process, promoting Vietnam as a destination, and elevating the standing of Vietnamese tourism on the international stage.
ITE HCMC 2026 brings together more than 500 exhibiting units, 260 international buyers, and 21,000 B2B trade appointments; it will host three regional Ministerial Tourism Conferences and a series of forums and seminars gathering leading global tourism corporations and organizations, alongside three days of public experiences. The international communications campaign is similarly extensive, involving the participation of approximately 60 international press agencies, trade publications, content creators, and KOLs, combined with a digital communications campaign across both domestic and international channels.
